My Tuxedo Pant Craze!

The other day I stopped by Love Culture to browse around and to catch up with some old co-workers. As I was looking around I came across a pair of high waisted black tuexdo pants. I have been wanting a pair of these lately but can never come to spend almost $40. But lucky for me I was able to pay only $16! They're so comfy and stretchy! The material isn't shiny like disco pants, more like a soft matte black. Aside from being comfortable, I love that the length reaches my ankles...perfect for ankle strap pumps!

To keep with the sort of classiness of the pants, I wore a fancier blouse. It's a sheer deep green chiffon blouse. There are two layers that cross in the front with a gold zipper that runs down my back (which I did not photograph). Because it is sheer, I wore a black camisole underneath. For shoes, I went with a pair of Sam Libby pumps that purchased at Target. They were a steal for only $20 on clearance...but still full price on line. The front is faux black snake skin and the heel is black faux suede. You'd think "Oh it's just another boring pair of pumps!" until you see the heel, there's spikes! It sort of reminds of Christian Louboutins, but way cheaper. I don't have anything like this in my shoe collection, so of course I had to buy them. It feels very classy in the front but bad-ass from the back!

I topped off the look with a simple chain from Forever 21 and my gold watch. The chain is gold with 3 layers, as well as faux pearls and diamonds.

*Some of the items are not available in stores or online anymore, so I listed some similar items. Enjoy! :)
